Delivery & Returns

As everything is hand made just for you exchanges and refunds can only be given if the garment is faulty and we cannot reach an agreement.

Please email me to raise and resolve any issues.

FABRIC: fabric already cut cannot be returned unless faulty.

I really try to make everyone happy with their product!

As I make everything by hand from scratch, my production can only go as fast as I can.

I aim to make everything in 7-14 days, but during busy times it may take longer.

If delivery will be longer than 14 days you will receive an email to tell you the expected delivery time and if you wish to cancel that is ok.

If you do need your order urgently you can send me an email and we might be able to fast track.

I post Monday-Friday 4pm (on the school run!)

Items are posted 1st class Royal Mail unless over 2kg, then we use Parcel Force 24 or DPD.
